| 4K Action Camera vs HD Camcorder
When deciding on what camera system you will use to record soccer games, lacrosse games or another sport, it is important to look at the overall quality. Most 4K action cameras record at slower frame-rates (60i) whereas good camcorders record at much faster frame rates (60p or better). Camcorders also provide optical zooms instead of a digital zoom which basically amounts to cropping the picture and reducing the quality. Camcorders provide better options for low light conditions and color saturation. These videos demonstrate the difference.
